About The Job
We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our Consumer Healthcare team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will collaborate closely with business process owners to understand and document requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to translate these requirements into actionable items in JIRA, ensuring clarity and precision in project scopes. You will play a crucial role in the development of Power BI (PBI) reports and Automation projects, working alongside developers to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making capabilities.

Main Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering
: Work closely with business process owners to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.

Documentation
: Clearly articulate business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories using standard templates and tools. Manage and prioritize the product backlog in JIRA.

Collaboration
: Partner with Power BI developers and Automation engineers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Project Management
: Assist in project planning, tracking, and status reporting. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Quality Assurance
: Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.

Stakeholder Communication
: Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management as needed.

Continuous Improvement
: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions that align with business goals.

Adherence to Standards:
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures related to data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

About You
Qualifications & Educational Background
: bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

• Experience: Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the consumer healthcare industry or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Power BI and OR Automation tools (e.g., Python, RPA tools), Proficient in using JIRA for Agile project management and documenting requirements.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
