Currently, we are looking for a Advanced HCM Control (Security) to join our team.

Job Description

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Security and Advanced HCM Controls (AHCMC).
  • Responsible for designing, configuring, and managing role-based security across HCM modules.
  • Expertise in security console, data roles, job roles, duty roles, and custom role creation.
  • Experience implementing and managing Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access certification using Advanced HCM Controls.
  • Perform risk analysis, user access reviews, and automated control configuration within Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure compliance with security and audit policies.
  • Strong understanding of HCM data model, user provisioning, and workflow security.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) integration is a plus.
  • Conduct security testing, audit reviews, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Security or Risk Management certification is preferred.
