Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently develop, define and maintain documentations in an agile scrum team.
  • Study and validate user requirement, review and make suggestions to improve IT procedures, standards and/or guidelines.
  • Deliver business analysis work during every sprint and is heavily involved in solution design, support development and testing extensively.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members across the globe in various time zones and regionally in Asia Pacific.
  • Active participation in sprint planning, daily standup, review, retrospective and demo.

Key requirements / skills / experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of IT professional experience, ideally within the financial services sector

  • Advanced business analysis and testing expertise

  • Familiarity with the full SDLC lifecycle (minimum 1- 3 years)

  • Intermediate understanding of Agile fundamentals and experience working in a Scrum team

  • Strong general insurance knowledge

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Intercultural awareness and at least 1- 3 years of international work experience

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (IT, computer science, business)

  • Professional certifications (preferred)
