Role Purpose
To lead SEO delivery and strategy across all industries using AI-powered search, entity-based optimization, data intelligence, and revenue-focused planning.
The SEO Head will mentor the team, build scalable search systems, and deliver business results (leads, sales, visibility).
Outcome expected: predictable growth for clients, not "ranking for random keywords."
Key Responsibilities1) AI-First SEO Leadership
● Implement AI workflows for strategy, content briefs, audits, topical mapping, and reporting (no AI copy-paste content).
● Drive adoption of tools like: Perplexity, Claude, Surfer, InLinks, Frase, Clarity AI, Looker, Screaming Frog AI.
2) Strategy & Execution Planning
● Create quarterly growth roadmaps per client with measurable targets.
● Design industry-wise playbooks (F&B, Healthcare, SaaS, Real Estate, Clinics, Education).
● Approve SEO plans + assign weekly deliverables for the team.
3) Team Mentorship & Quality Control
● Train SEO team on entity SEO, SXO, analytics, automation, and UX signals.
● Approve content outlines, link strategies, audits, and reports.
● Identify skill gaps and build training plans monthly.
4) Technical SEO + CRO + UX
● Oversee technical audits & development tickets with timelines.
● Work with designers & devs to improve:
○ CWV, page speed, UX, conversion rate, local signals.
● Build CRO playbooks using Clarity AI + scroll depth + CTR testing.
5) Ethical Link & Brand Visibility
● Design industry-relevant link ecosystems, PR mentions, and authority landmarks.
● Avoid spam and toxic link shortcuts; implement brand-building PR for clients.
6) Revenue-Focused Reporting
● Build dashboards that track:
○ Leads & conversions
○ CPL, LTV, CTR
○ Topical growth, entity authority
○ UX performance
● Present monthly strategy insights to management + clients.

Experience
● 6–12 years in SEO
● Must have led SEO teams in an agency OR handled multi-industry delivery at scale
● Proven track record of lead/revenue-focused SEO wins, not only rankings
Bonus if:
● Experience with SAAS + Healthcare + Local Clinics
● Handled ₹20L–₹3Cr quarterly organic pipeline impact
● Can build automation scripts or API workflows
