Role & responsibilities
Skill requirement: knowledge in aluminium alloy melting process, furnace operation and Maintenance, LPDC knowledge.
Note: its one of the critical processes and need to maintain the specification of chemical composition in molten metal.
Responsibility: Melting Management
1) Safety & 5s need to follow.
2) Productivity improvement to achieve the target in LPDC.
3) Die coating and Die maintenance knowledge.
4) Quality of casting need to insure.
5) Follow SOP and Maintain process parameter as per SOP.
6) Monitoring the production log book and check sheet
7) Molten metal Alloy plan need to follow
8) To avoid metal shortage in HPDC and LPDC production
9) Need to maintain the optimization of energy in furnace
10) Break downs monitoring
11) Crucible life and degassing shaft life need to improve .
