Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM Weekends Included, Weekly Off on Weekday

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and well-spoken Salesperson to join our in-store retail team.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting clients in selecting outfits, and helping maintain the visual presentation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
  • Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable outfits
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Handle billing, packaging, and stock display
  • Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of store sections
  • Coordinate with the store manager for inventory and restocking

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion retail / boutique sales preferred
  • Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude
  • Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems (training will be provided)

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹30000 per month (based on experience)
