Job Summary

As a Senior Manager – Data Solution Architect, you will support data strategy and architecture

for industrial clients, enabling advanced analytics, predictive maintenance, and operational

intelligence across manufacturing ecosystems.

Compensation : 40 LPA+ 30% Variable

Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon/Mumbai

Must-Have Skills: Data Architecture, Cloud Data Platforms, Industrial Analytics

Good-to-Have Skills: AI/ML, Predictive Maintenance, Data Governance

Experience: Minimum 14 years, with 5+ years in data architecture roles

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE in Engineering or Data Science; MBA preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design scalable data platforms for industrial analytics and IoT
  • Define data governance, quality, and integration frameworks
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to align data strategy
  • Lead cloud data migrations and real-time analytics initiatives
  • Mentor data engineers and architects across delivery teams
  • Professional/Technical Skills
  • Expertise in cloud data platforms (Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, GCP BigQuery)
  • Strong skills in data modeling, ETL/ELT, big data tools, and AI/ML pipelines
  • Experience with industrial analytics, predictive maintenance, and data governance
  • Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership

Additional Information

Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon, or Mumbai

Industrial data transformation experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills required
