Job Overview:

Elysium Academy is hiring Telecalling Executives to support student enrollment for our industry-leading IT training programs. We're looking for graduates who are committed to working long-term and are passionate about guiding students toward the right career path. If you have prior experience in EdTech sales, that's a big plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential students to promote our certification and training programs.
  • Understand student needs and suggest appropriate courses.
  • Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
  • Regularly follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Update CRM with detailed notes from every interaction.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly enrollment and call targets.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal communication skills (English & Tamil)
  • Persuasive and customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, CRM tools)
  • Prior experience in EdTech sales is an added advantage

Qualifications:

  • Graduation is mandatory (any discipline)
  • Freshers are welcome – full training will be provided
  • Candidates must be willing to work long-term
