Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an F&B Controller located in Gandhinagar. The F&B Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cost control, menu costing, and financial performance of the food and beverage outlets. Additional daily tasks include performing accounting duties, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with budgetary requirements. The F&B Controller will also collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure operational efficiency and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cost Control and Menu Costing
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Background in Finance and Accounting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
