Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinic Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Clinic Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient management. Responsibilities include improving customer service, monitoring budgets, training staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The candidate will act as a liaison between medical staff and administrative teams, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration within the clinic.

SALARY starting from 10000 onwards depend on experience

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address patient needs and foster positive experiences
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and administrative management for efficient resource allocation
  • Basic understanding of Medicine to support and coordinate with medical staff
  • Experience in Training and mentoring personnel for staff development and operational excellence
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced clinic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
