We are looking for a
Senior Graphic Designer
who can lead creative direction, mentor junior designers, and deliver high-quality design solutions across brand, digital, and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual craft with leadership skills and a passion for building impactful brand experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects across digital, print, and social media
  • Translate brand strategy into visually compelling campaigns and marketing assets
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring consistent quality
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align visuals with business goals
  • Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and scalable creative processes
  • Push creative boundaries by experimenting with new formats, tools, and trends
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining innovation and freshness

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of professional design experience, ideally in fast-paced brands, startups, or agencies
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand design, marketing campaigns, and digital-first visuals
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Ability to lead brainstorming sessions, provide art direction, and manage multiple design priorities
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and what resonates visually with audiences
  • Bonus: Experience with motion design, video editing, or AI design tools
