CA Internship

What you'll need

● Candidates must have cleared CA Inter exam and done articleship at a CA firm for 1-2 years.

● Prior work experience in BFSI sector and proficiency in Financial Statements will be preferred.

● Candidates will be hired on a full-time basis, working from our office in Tardeo, Mumbai

● Monthly Stipend – Rs. 10,000 in physical work environment

Our Founder:

At the helm of our Organization is CA Archit Lohia, a seasoned Financial Professional with prior work experience in Ernst and Young and Bombay Stock Exchange, in areas, inter-alia including, Regulations, Compliance, Pre-IPO Markets, Investment Due Diligence, Portfolio Management, Audit and Finance. He has multiple qualifications under his belt that being of a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and Law (LLB).

Archit cares about giving back. He is a Chapter Executive at CAIA Association and an active volunteer in global activities of the CAIA Association. Archit is the Co-Chair of Career Services Committee at CFA Society India and an active member of the Experts Committee formed by ICAI to shortlist start-ups for their incubator and revising the CA Curriculum

Want to be a part of our Team?

We are looking for a high-calibre individual to join as CA Intern, responsible for conducting due diligence for HNI clients of the firm, at the same time getting some exposure in equity research when time permits. You will be updating yourself constantly with current market trends in the Alternative Investments Market and regulations impacting its growth.

Job Responsibilities:

● Verify documents submitted by Investors, as per applicable SEBI laws.

● Upload the documents on regulatory portals and follow-up with their team for additional information and documents

● Learn how to resolve client queries and coordinate the documents with clients

● Read a company's financials and provide initial data points on financial and non-financial factors, required in the investment process

● Research on unlisted stocks and Pre-IPO Investment opportunities.

● Perform Fundamental and Technical analysis on listed stocks

● Keep the firm's knowledge databases updated with the changes in domestic/international regulations, particularly impacting the Alternative Investment Market.

● Any other research, as required by the Management

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
