We are currently looking for MRS Executive (Service Calling):

  • Female candidate
  • Must be a graduate
  • Must have good communication skill
  • Must be fluent in Hindi, English & Assamese
  • Fresher or must have at least 6 months experience in service calling
  • Location- Gargya Toyota, Betkuchi

Job Description:

  • Prepare the SMS List Daily.
  • Take Print out Follow up Cards for SMS List Customers on daily basis.
  • Make Phone calls to the MRS Customers in a stipulated time towards the entire satisfaction of the customer.
  • Receive Appointments as per Appointment procedure.
  • Move the Follow-up Cards as per MRS Flow without delay.
  • Receive the Appointment as per the time availability of Appointment Scheduling Board

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11, ₹14,000.00 per month
