Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, extensions, and reports in Oracle EBS R12 (preferably 12.2.x).
  • Collaborate with Functional Consultants/Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and interfaces for MFG/INV/WIP/BOM modules.
  • Implement data conversions, API-based integrations, and inbound/outbound interface programs with external systems.
  • Create/enhance Oracle Forms, Reports (RDF/XML Publisher), Workflows, and OAF pages.
  • Support production issues, perform RCA, and implement permanent fixes to ensure system stability.
  • Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to Oracle development standards.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Produce technical documentation and support unit/integration/UAT testing and handovers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in CS/IT or related discipline.
  • 7–13 years as an Oracle EBS Technical Developer.
  • Strong hands-on with EBS Manufacturing modules — WIP, BOM, INV, MFG; Costing exposure preferred.
  • Expertise in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Forms, Reports (RDF/XML Publisher), Workflows, and OAF.
  • Proficient in interfaces (Open Interfaces/APIs), conversions, and personalization; strong performance optimization skills.
  • Working knowledge of EBS R x/12.2.x) technical architecture and online patching concepts.
  • Familiarity with AIM/OUM and full SDLC; strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Oracle APEX, BI Publisher, WebADI integrations.
  • Exposure to OM/PO/Costing modules.
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Manufacturing.
  • Experience in onsite–offshore/global delivery models.
