Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Designer II who is comfortable owning full design cycles - from discovery to delivery- on medium to large features. You'll work independently with cross-functional teams, driving design strategy while contributing to the design system and team growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and iterate on complex features across web and mobile interfaces.
  • Plan and conduct user research and usability testing.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain visual consistency and UX integrity through design systems.
  • Contribute to team rituals like design reviews and critiques.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of product design experience, with a portfolio of shipped features.
  • Proficient in Figma and familiar with prototyping, research, and motion.
  • Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Able to make design decisions backed by user data and business insights.
