Role Overview

As a
Product Owner Intern
, you will assist the product team in shaping the user experience and improving platform efficiency. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the entire product lifecycle — from ideation and user research to feature launches and performance tracking.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how tech products evolve, collaborate cross-functionally, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to refine and prioritize features.
  • Conduct
    user research
    and competitor analysis to identify improvement areas.
  • Track
    product metrics
    (user retention, engagement, conversion) and summarize insights.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming.
  • Help ensure a smooth user journey across client and worker apps.
  • Support product documentation, release notes, and user guides.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in
    Engineering, Management, or Design
    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Figma, or Notion (preferred).
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how products are built and scaled.
