Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to oversee the development and management of our websites for the international market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the watch industry and a deep understanding of website development and management. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our online presence in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and user experience of our international websites

- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful website launches and updates

- Monitor website analytics and make data-driven decisions to optimize website performance

- Manage website content and ensure it is up-to-date and relevant to target markets

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform website strategies

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute online campaigns and promotions

- Train and mentor team members on website management and best practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the watch industry

- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing websites

- Strong understanding of website development and management tools and techniques

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Willingness to travel internationally as needed

Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce or digital business roles, with exposure to global markets.
  • Proven ability to manage P&L and deliver revenue growth through data-driven strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify), analytics, and CRO tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a test-and-learn mindset.
