Job Description:

Morph Meta Academy (25+ years of excellence in Animation, VFX, Gaming, AI & Multimedia Training) is looking for a
Centre Manager
to lead operations, drive admissions, and ensure smooth academic & business growth at our Chandigarh centre.

The Centre Manager will be responsible for overall management, student satisfaction, staff coordination, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    day-to-day operations
    of the training centre.
  • Drive
    admissions, sales, and business growth
    through effective marketing & lead conversion.
  • Ensure
    student satisfaction
    by maintaining high-quality academic delivery and services.
  • Supervise and coordinate with faculty, counsellors, and support staff.
  • Plan and execute
    marketing campaigns, events, and seminars
    for brand promotion.
  • Handle
    counselling sessions, fee collection, and MIS reporting
    .
  • Ensure
    compliance with company policies and operational standards
    .
  • Build and maintain relationships with
    students, parents, and corporate partners
    .

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong
    leadership & team management
    skills.
  • Proven ability in
    student counselling, sales, and admission generation
    .
  • Good knowledge of
    education/training industry
    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools
    .

Qualification:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • Background in
    Education, Training, or Business Management
    is an advantage.
