Job Title : SAP ISU Billing Consultant (S/4HANA)Location : HyderabadExperience : 3 YearsNotice Period : Immediate 15 DaysRole & Responsibilities :Client Interaction and Requirements Gathering :

• Engage directly with clients to understand their specific business requirements related to SAP ISU Billing processes within the utilities industry.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather detailed information and translate business needs into functional (M2C) Process Management :
• Actively participate in the entire Meter-to-Cash (M2C) process lifecycle within SAP ISU, ensuring seamless integration and efficient billing operations.
• This includes understanding data flow from meter reading to invoice generation and payment processing.

SAP ISU Device Management (Meter Operations) :

• Manage and support processes related to meter installation, removal, and replacement within the SAP ISU system.
• This includes configuration and troubleshooting of device master data and related Move-in and Move-out Processes :
• Efficiently handle and configure consumer move-in and move-out processes within the SAP ISU system, ensuring accurate billing and data management during these transitions.

Functional Specifications for Enhancements and Integrations :

• Prepare detailed functional specifications for enhancements, integrations with other SAP modules and external systems, and overall system improvements within the SAP ISU Billing landscape.
• Ensure specifications are clear, concise, and technically feasible.

User Manual Development and Training Support :

• Develop and maintain comprehensive user manuals and training materials to support end-users in effectively navigating the SAP ISU system and understanding relevant billing processes.
• Provide support during user training sessions as needed.

System Configuration and Customization :

• Configure and customize the SAP ISU Billing module to meet specific client requirements, adhering to best practices and SAP guidelines.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

• Participate in various testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.
• Identify and resolve any issues or defects found during testing.

Problem Solving and Issue Resolution :

• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to SAP ISU Billing processes and system functionality.
• Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to find effective solutions.

Key Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ISU Billing: Possess a solid foundation and practical experience in SAP ISU Billing processes, configuration, and support.
• Hands-on Experience in S/4HANA: Must have demonstrable hands-on experience working with SAP ISU Billing within an S/4HANA environment.

This includes understanding the differences and advantages of S/4HANA for ISU Billing.

• Strong Understanding of Meter-to-Cash Processes: Exhibit a deep understanding of the end-to-end Meter-to-Cash processes within the utilities industry, including meter reading, validation, billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Experience in SAP ISU Device Management: Possess practical experience in SAP ISU Device Management, specifically related to meter operations, including technical master data, device installation, removal, and replacement processes.
• Ability to Create Functional Specifications and Documentation: Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and technically sound functional specifications for system changes, enhancements, and integrations.

Experience in developing user manuals and other relevant documentation.

Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions within the SAP ISU Billing domain.

• Prior experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
• Knowledge of SAP ISU integration with other SAP modules, particularly FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights related to billing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager for incident and change management.
• Familiarity with SAP

Best Practices for Skills :

• SAP ISU Billing : Deep understanding of billing master data, billing schemas, rate determination, print workbench, and invoicing processes.
• SAP S/4HANA : Hands-on experience in an S/4HANA environment, specifically related to ISU Billing.
• SAP ISU Device Management : Experience with technical master data, device installation, removal, replacement, and meter reading order management.
