Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Executive - Recruitment Specialist at Sayaji Hotels, located in Indore. The role involves end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and onboarding qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in establishing effective employee relationships, managing HR operations, and ensuring adherence to HR policies. Responsibilities also include collaborating with departments to understand their hiring needs and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions, including HR Management and HR Policies
  • Experience in Employee Relations and HR Operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage recruitment and other HR tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and provide excellent candidate experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is required
  • Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools is advantageous
