Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / Equivalent
Preference: Candidates who have completed an internship in Audit, Accounts, or Compliance
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our audit and compliance team. The candidate should have completed an internship in audit or finance and be eager to build a career ensuring that company operations meet internal controls and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in internal and external audits under the supervision of senior auditors.
- Review financial statements, vouchers, and ledgers for accuracy and compliance.
- Support in preparing audit schedules and documentation.
- Verify adherence to company policies and statutory guidelines (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and validate financial data.
- Identify process deviations and suggest corrective measures.
- Prepare audit reports and maintain proper records.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting standards and auditing principles.
- Hands-on experience (through internship) in accounting or audit processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally or similar accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹100, ₹250,000.00 per year
