About the Role

Moonstack is looking for an experienced
Developer
to join our team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable server-side applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects and grow your career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain efficient server-side applications using
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, or WebSockets as needed.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members for seamless integration.
  • Optimize applications for high performance, security, and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Implement and manage SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in code reviews, agile practices, and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience
    as a Developer or similar backend role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks like , NestJS, or Koa.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine).
  • Understanding of DevOps and monitoring tools.
