The
Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
will be responsible for shaping and driving the company's long-term strategic vision, operational performance, and profitability across the mobility and fleet management business. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with deep operational expertise, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to scale a dynamic, asset-heavy business sustainably. The role reports to the Group MD and will work closely with senior functional leaders across operations, finance, technology, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the company's strategic roadmap within the mobility and fleet management sector.

Operational Excellence

Partner with operations leadership to optimize fleet utilization, maintenance efficiency, and operational uptime.

P&L & Business Strategy

Drive strategic initiatives to improve profitability, diversify revenue streams, and strengthen unit economics.

Business Expansion & Partnerships

Identify, evaluate, and establish high-impact partnerships with ride-hailing platforms, logistics players, and corporate clients to expand the mobility network.

Fleet & Asset Strategy

Lead strategic decisions on vehicle acquisition models, financing structures, leasing, and lifecycle optimization.

Technology & Digital Transformation

Promote data-driven decision-making and technology adoption to enhance fleet monitoring, predictive maintenance, and operational efficiency.

Regulatory & Compliance Strategy

Ensure the organization remains ahead of regulatory shifts, compliance standards, and safety requirements.

Leadership & Collaboration

Work with senior leaders to build a high-performing cross-functional organization that aligns with strategic goals.

Stakeholder Management

Act as a strategic partner to investors, board members, and key external stakeholders—aligning business direction, performance metrics, and long-term growth plans.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    Mobility, Fleet Management, or Transportation Operations
    .
  • Demonstrated success in
    scaling operational networks and managing large vehicle fleets
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    leasing models, asset management, and operational financing
    .
  • Expertise in
    strategy, P&L influence, business transformation, and execution
    .
  • Experience leading
    cross-functional teams in a high-growth or startup environment
    .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in
    automotive leasing, ride-hailing, or logistics ecosystems
    .
  • Exposure to
    technology-led mobility platforms, telematics, and digital operations
    .
  • MBA or equivalent
    in Business, Strategy, Operations, or related field.
  • 15+ years
    of relevant leadership experience.
  • Strong
    executive presence
    and ability to influence at the highest levels.
