Position Summary

Your primary responsibilities include people management, strong understanding of the audio workflows. Ability to interpret process guidelines and ensure adherence. You are responsible for maintaining operations metrics and trackers. Must possess a strong understanding of data analysis skills.

Outcomes and Accomplishments

As a Team Lead, you will:

  • Ensure all team members meet the business requirements to maintain Deluxe's high-quality standard.
  • Be responsible for escalating potential delays or challenges as soon as they are identified, to avoid a missed delivery to client.
  • Be the person in-charge of attending to and tackling escalations in his/her shift.
  • Be the point of contact in the assigned shift for all production matters.
  • Oversee full utilization of the team member's day.
  • Be responsible for successful implementation and utilization of all tools related features that affect the departments processes and continuously work on improvements.
  • Be responsible for timely replies to queries from various stakeholders as needed.
  • Be responsible for driving compliance to HR processes and policies within the team.
  • Be responsible for regularising timesheets and approving them on weekly basis.
  • Be responsible for succession planning, coaching team members to grow in their roles and expand their skills.
  • Be responsible for the team's morale, attrition, development, coaching, and working with team members to clearly communicate their performance, feedback if any, and development areas.

What You Bring:

  • You have prior experience managing a team.
  • You should have good people management skills.
  • You have the ability to manage projects in tight turn-around times to meet deadlines.
  • Have exposure to various audio workflows like audio mixing in home entertainment and theatrical formats, audio QCs, audio descriptive mixing and conforms.
  • You are aware of the latest audio/video technology trends, tools and processes as per the evolving market needs and adapt accordingly.
  • You have good communication skills and excellent command of Microsoft Windows systems, Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google workspace.

**Candidate should be flexiable to work from our office location (Bellandur, Bangalore) and flexiable to work in night shift**
