We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Summary:
This job participates in product discovery, acts as a product evangelist, collaborates with stakeholders, utilizes data analysis, coordinates merchant communication, establishes operational procedures, communicates with stakeholders, solves customer problems, builds analytical solutions, and works with lead product managers.Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:
- Participate in the product discovery/build requirements as well as see through that it is successfully deployed
- Act as a product evangelist to socialize the insights as well as gather feedback to make your product effective for all the users
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to solve complex merchant issues
- Utilize data analysis techniques to make informed decisions
- Coordinate, write, and action merchant communication and follow-up
- Work with cross-functional teams to establish operational procedures and provide supporting documentation
- Communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external, including merchants if necessary
- Understand business needs and solve customer problems
- Build analytical product/platform solutions; explore data to find actionable insights
- Work with the Lead Product Manager to understand the problem space
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
