– to undertake regular patrols and inspection of premises in accordance with instructions and policies.

– to undertake response to Alarm Activations on request from the communications center.

– assist with ensuring that the organization meets all required security and associated health and safety objectives

– responsibility for monitoring & managing security systems and equipment servicing and/or maintenance in conjunction with other appropriate departments/external agencies.

– reporting (content and format as agreed) or as otherwise require

– assist all team members, particularly ensuring that all relevant information is passed on promptly.

– immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organization.

– maintain accurate records including reports, visit schedules, key registers.

– comply with all statutes, regulations and organization policies and procedures, including health and safety.
