  • Stock, organize, and maintain the pantry area, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored

  • Assist kitchen staff with preparation and plating during service times
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor
  • Rotate stock to ensure freshness and reduce waste (FIFO method)
  • Clean and sanitize pantry workstations, equipment, and utensils
  • Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
  • Support catering setup or meal service as needed
