About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient HR service delivery, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate will streamline HR processes, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support across all stages of the employee lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Ask HR & Payroll Operations

  2. Manage and monitor the Ask HR and Ask HR Payroll processes to ensure timely query resolution and seamless HR service delivery.

  3. Assign incoming queries to designated team members and ensure prompt follow-up and closure.
  4. Track and report service performance, identify recurring issues, and implement process improvements.
  5. Conduct monthly analysis of HR ticket trends and share insights during HR review meetings.
  6. Audit closed tickets for accuracy, adherence to service standards, and resolution quality.
  7. Coordinate and track JIRA issues or change requests in collaboration with HR and IT teams.

  8. Payroll Support & Analytics

  9. Retrieve and validate monthly vendor payroll data for accuracy and compliance.

  10. Prepare and share summarized payroll insights and exception reports with relevant stakeholders.

  11. Employee Experience & Onboarding

  12. Facilitate induction sessions for all new joiners, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.

  13. Conduct onboarding feedback surveys and drive continuous improvement based on employee feedback. Analyze onboarding data and collaborate with HR teams to enhance the new hire experience.

  14. Employee Exit

  15. Track and update No Dues Clearance (NDC) status and coordinate with relevant departments for closure.

  16. Analyze and present monthly exit data and trends to HR leadership.
  17. Issue relieving letters and ensure proper documentation and communication post-exit.

  18. Surveys & Feedback Management

  19. Coordinate and launch Ask HR surveys on a quarterly basis.

  20. Analyze survey results and share key findings and actionable insights with HR leadership.

  21. Reporting & HR Operations Support

  22. Consolidate monthly HR operations data for dashboards and reports.

  23. Support HR audits, process documentation, and data validation activities.
  24. Collaborate with IT, Payroll, and HR Business Partners to optimize systems and ensure service consistency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR operations, shared services, or HR service delivery roles.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in HR ticketing systems, HRIS tools (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleSoft), payroll platforms, and reporting tools such as MS Excel and Power BI.
