Graphic Designer – Corporate Design Industry (Immediate Joiners)

Location: Bangalore, India

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–6 years

Notice Period: Immediate / 0–15 days preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Signage Designer to join our corporate design team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing environmental graphics, wayfinding systems, and branding-led signage solutions for corporate spaces. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop concepts, layouts, and final artwork for signage, wayfinding systems, environmental graphics, and branding elements.
  • Create production-ready files for fabrication, including materials, specs, and dimensions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand brand guidelines, spatial requirements, and project goals.
  • Work with vendors/fabricators to ensure technical feasibility and quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits when required to understand environmental contexts.
  • Ensure timely delivery of design outputs in fast-paced project timelines.
  • Adapt designs across a range of materials including acrylic, metal, vinyl, LED, and digital signage formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW (mandatory).
  • Experience with AutoCAD (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of wayfinding principles, typography, colour, and spatial design.
  • Ability to create detailed technical drawings for fabrication.
  • Strong visualisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnarounds.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in corporate interiors, architectural signage, or retail signage projects.
  • Knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, and installation methods.
  • Basic understanding of 3D software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or related fields.
