Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Activities

  • Posting of daily accounting entries.
  • Collection reconciliation and follow-up.
  • Petty cash handling and travel expense reimbursements.
  • Bank reconciliation for all accounts.

Weekly / Monthly Activities

  • AP process review and provision checks (100% TDS payment and reconciliation).
  • Non-trade invoice booking and payment processing.
  • Trade invoice booking and PO processing for non-trade.
  • Monthly closing entries in coordination with the finance team.
  • TDS & GST payment processing and return preparation.
  • Loan disbursement review (LMS) and related banking transactions.
  • FAR (Fixed Asset Register) management and depreciation entries.
  • NPA provisioning (for NBFC sector).
  • PO-GRN matching and AP reconciliation for assigned entities (e.g., DJT Corporation).

Year-End & Finalization

  • Assistance in balance sheet finalization.
  • Coordination with auditors for AP-related schedules and reports.

Requirements

  • Experience: 25 years in Accounts Payable /Receivable Finance operations.
  • Systems: Proficiency in SAP B1; experience in other ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of AP processes, taxation (TDS, GST), and reconciliation.
  • Good knowledge of provisions, month-end closing, and audit requirements.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
