Title : Process Designer

Reporting To: Project Lead

Travel Requirement: Up to 50% (domestic, international)

Position Type: Individual Contributor

Function: Global Transformation Office (GTO)

Purpose

The Project Manager Process Design is responsible for designing, mapping, and optimizing business processes, with a focus on value creation, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Transition Management

  • Not applicable (this role focuses exclusively on process design responsibilities, not transition management).

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with functional teams and business units to ensure process design initiatives align with organizational strategy.

Project & Program Management

  • Lead and oversee process design initiatives with detailed planning and structured execution.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet defined quality standards.

Change Management

  • Define and implement change management strategies related to process optimization.
  • Drive adoption of new processes and ensure effective embedding of process changes.

Process Optimization

  • Conduct process mapping, value stream mapping, and reengineering exercises.
  • Develop and implement target operating models to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, procedures, and operating models.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis of process design outcomes.

Performance Measurement

  • Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of process design initiatives.

Qualifications & Certifications

Education

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

Certifications (Highly Desirable)

  • PMP / PRINCE2
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Business Process Management certifications

Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in process design, process mapping, value stream mapping, and developing target operating models.
