Experience : 3 to 5 Years

Pay Range : 3.5Lpa to 6Lpa. (Only genuinely interested candidates to apply)

Contractual Period: 1 year (with the possibility of further extension)

Job Location: Dwarka Sector 12, Delhi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled 3D Architectural Visualizer to create high-quality,

photorealistic architectural renderings. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and

capable of producing top-tier visuals under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed 3D models of architectural projects, including buildings, landscapes, and environments.
  • Produce high-quality architectural renderings and animations for both exterior and interior projects.
  • Ensure the timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Adhere to design guidelines, including asset naming conventions and file management.
  • Stay updated on the latest 3D design, modeling tools, and industry trends.
  • Track and log work hours daily for project management purposes.
  • Ensure all work complies with company and regulatory standards, maintaining a high level of
  • accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in 3D Visualization, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural visualization.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in 3D modeling, material application, lighting, and rendering.
  • Expertise in post-production techniques for still images, including matte painting.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and design automation tools (advantageous).
