Motion Graphics Intern/ Junior Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

Concept Ideation:-

Contribute fresh and fun visual ideas in brainstorms with the design and marketing teams. Support in translating ideas into rough visual formats (moodboards, rough cuts, storyboards, etc.).

Animation & Editing:- Support with basic motion graphics, editing social media content, and learning to adapt edits to brand tone and platform formats (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

Brand Learning & Adaptation:- Understand and apply the brand's visual language and tone across all intern-created assets, maintaining consistency in color palettes, typography, illustration, and animation styles.

Project Support:- Help organize design files, maintain naming conventions, and coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to meet tight timelines and multi-format deliverables.

Learning & Development:- Take initiative in learning new tools and creative formats. Stay updated on motion trends, memes, pop culture visuals, and editing styles to bring a fresh POV to content.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience & Education: Open to design students or freshers with 0-1 year of experience in graphic/motion design or video editing. Internships or personal projects in the creative field are a plus.

Portfolio: A portfolio (even if small) showcasing your creative work-social posts, animations, edits, illustrations, or memes. We're looking for potential and passion more than polish.

Tech Know-How: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro) or other motion/design tools. Proficiency with Al tools to create visually aesthetic assets.

Soft Skills: Creativity, curiosity, good vibes, attention to detail, and the ability to take feedback well. Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Communication: Strong visual thinking and basic communication skills to articulate ideas clearly within the team.
