Job Title: Marketing Executive

Department: Marketing

Location: India

Reports to: Marketing Manager ROYCE' India

Role Objective:

Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels, enhancing brand visibility on quick commerce platforms, and ensuring smooth marketing operations at the store and campaign level.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Execution:

  • Support timely execution of digital campaigns, content uploads, and in-store branding.
  • Keep store WhatsApp catalogs and business profiles updated.
  • Follow campaign checklists to avoid delays or errors.

2. Store Team Support:

  • Maintain a tracker of marketing assets and visuals.
  • Assist with bulk order customizations, packaging, and vendor coordination for in-store displays.
  • Coordinate content uploads and in-store branding rollouts.
  • Ensure all store WhatsApp catalogs and business profiles are up to date.
  • Follow through on checklists to ensure no delays or errors in execution.

3. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Help prepare monthly marketing reports and campaign performance insights.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing activities and expenses.
  • Liaise with vendors for timely execution of in-store display elements.

4. Quick Commerce & Website Support (Swiggy/Zomato/Website):

  • Assist in managing ROYCE' listings on quick commerce platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.
  • Support website updates, including product listings, pricing, images, and stock status.
  • Ensure product information is consistent across platforms and stores.

5. Vendor and Partner Coordination:

  • Work with vendors across design, print, packaging, digital, PR, and production.
  • Maintain and update databases of freelancers, content creators, and partner contacts.
  • Ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups with all stakeholders.

6. Creative Support:

  • Support content shoots and basic concept planning for photos, reels, and videos.

7. Awareness of Marketing Tools & AI Integration:

  • Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and AI-driven marketing software that can help improve efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with platforms that support content automation, performance tracking, and visual creation will be a plus.

8. Personal Attributes:

  • Display a high level of attention to detail and accountability in day-to-day work.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and making presentations
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing metrics and reports
  • Creative thinking and a problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and marketplace operations
  • Willingness to learn and stay ahead of trends and tools, especially AI-based platforms

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or luxury brands
