Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hardware Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fresher graduate with good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility. The role involves handling TVs and Tablets (Tabs) dispatches, troubleshooting, inventory and data management, vendor coordination, and maintaining timely updates through a ticketing system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage TVs and Tabs dispatches, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of TVs and Tabs (hardware/software level).
  • Maintain and update dispatch details, inventory records, and data reports.
  • Work on ticket management systems, ensuring issues are resolved within defined TATs (Turnaround Time).
  • Handle vendor coordination for procurement, repairs, replacements, and dispatch follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with vendors, technicians, and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation of hardware movement and troubleshooting cases.
  • Support in inventory audits, stock updates, and reconciliation.
  • Provide timely updates to seniors and coordinate for pending/resolved cases.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate (Bachelors degree in any stream).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, follow-up, and vendor coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware devices (TVs/Tabs) preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
