Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Assistant based in Kadi. The Purchase Assistant will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, creating and monitoring purchase orders, coordinating procurement activities, and maintaining effective communication with vendors and internal teams. The role also involves conducting research to ensure cost-effective and high-quality supplies.

  • Proficiency in Purchasing Processes and handling Purchase Orders
  • Strong skills in Purchasing and Procurement
  • Effective Communication skills for vendor relationships and internal coordination
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with supply chain management and inventory control
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred
