Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Springboot Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot technologies. You will be responsible for guiding a team of talented developers, architecting robust solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable Java applications using Spring Boot framework
  • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions and RESTful APIs
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their technical growth and promoting best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java development and Spring ecosystem
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
  • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Java development, with 4+ years focused on Spring Boot
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
  • Strong expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful API design
  • Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL database management
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and team leadership abilities
  • Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Relevant Java and Spring certifications are a plus
