Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's overall financial operations, including bookkeeping, balance sheet preparation, GST filing, audit coordination, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and finalize Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet monthly and annually.
  • Ensure timely bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and inter-branch accounting.
  • Taxation & Statutory Compliance
  • Handle GST filing, reconciliation, and return submission (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-
  • Manage TDS, Professional Tax, PF, and ESI compliance and payment schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements under the Companies Act and other applicable laws..

Audit & Financial Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits.
  • Prepare required schedules, supporting documents, and explanations for audit reviews.
  • Maintain accurate records for balance sheet schedules, depreciation, and fixed assets register.

MIS & Financial Analysis

  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial summaries, and cost analysis for management review.
  • Support management with budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure financial accuracy, control, and transparency in all reporting.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain updated records of statutory filings, licenses, and certificates.
  • Ensure timely submission of returns, challans, and audit documents.
  • Support HR and management in payroll processing and related statutory deductions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance (preferably in the automobile / manufacturing sector).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / MS Excel.
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in balance sheet preparation and audit compliance.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership ability.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
