- Job Responsibilities

1. Planning, Engineering, Deployment support, O&M and ensuring
   
   operational excellence of Transport, IP and MW/UBR networks in the
   
   circle and ensuring network KPIs, Links and services availability
2. Inter and Intra city network fibre planning and engineering design,
   
   access network planning, Last mile for eNodeB, POI, BOI, JIO offices,
   
   Wi-Fi, Small Cells & broadband deliveries
3. Coordination with construction and facilities projects team to ensure
   
   the readiness of fibre and facilities HOTO and to ensure connectivity of
   
   all sites
4. Own build migrations -Coordination to ensure Transport and IP links
   
   I&C and migrations build thro` Planned events, successful testing of
   
   links and services and HOTO of the links
5. Fibre Planning and Following up with construction team to ensure SPOF
   
   sections removed
6. Ensuring the availability and upkeep of O&M spares (TX/IP/MW/UBR)
   
   Services resiliency improvement plans and implementation (MW, TX and
   
   IP)Review of the availability of Transport and IP links and
   
   Services and coordinating to ensure meeting network KPIs,
   
   rectification of high loss spans Reviewing the sites uptime and
   
   following up with infra time for 100% DC power availability
7. Ensuring the suitable training of the planning and operations
   
   engineers, databases upkeep, data integrity in GIS, NE and Granite - OSS
   
   systems
8. Cross-functional coordination to ensure overall network performance
   
   and customer satisfaction
9. Education Requirement

BE
- Experience Requirement

Minimum 8 Years - Maximum 15 Years

1. Experience in Wireline / fixed access / backhaul design,
   
   implementation & operations
2. NW Planning
3. DWDM/SDH transmission planning
4. Fiber planning
5. MW planning
