About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Assistant Manager – Finance
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial management expertise, industry knowledge, and the ability to drive process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and tax requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors and manage audit processes.
  • Monitor cost controls and support financial planning in manufacturing operations.
  • Implement process improvements using ERP and accounting tools.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Tally
    and
    ERP systems
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Upto 13Lakhs
