Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure books are updated and accurate.
  • Prepare and finalize all data required for IT returns, GST, TDS, PF, PT, and ESIC filings.
  • Coordinate with external CA and auditors for filing, audits, and statutory compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage debtor payments, and plan fund allocation.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, and financial summaries for management.
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for business decisions.
  • Maintain compliance with all accounting standards and internal financial controls.

Requirements:

  • B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) or equivalent qualification.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance (preferably in a manufacturing, FMCG, or HORECA environment).
  • Strong working knowledge of Tally / ERP software and Excel.
  • Good understanding of statutory compliance requirements (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
