As part of our hiring process, the first month will be a learning phase. During this period, you will:

  • Gain hands-on exposure to how a startup functions.
  • Work closely with the core team
  • Gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects

Please note:
The first month will be unpaid, as it is designed to help you learn, adapt, and align with our startup culture. After the first month, you will continue with a 2-month internship (performance-based stipend may apply). Upon successful completion of the internship and based on your performance, you will be considered for a full-time employment opportunity.

Role Responsibilities

  • Plan and create engaging content (reels, posts, blogs, stories, etc.) for IHM Connect's platforms
  • Be comfortable appearing
    on camera
    and recording videos/tutorials/interviews
  • Build
    basic social media marketing strategies
    to increase reach and engagement
  • Capture high-quality
    photos and videos
    (events, product demos, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
  • Edit videos and graphics to create polished, professional content
  • Collaborate with design, product, and tech teams to deliver creative ideas
  • Maintain brand consistency and contribute fresh, innovative content ideas
  • Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, content, and social media

Requirements

  • Passion for
    content creation, storytelling, and social media
  • Confident
    on-camera presence
  • Intermediate editing skills
    (video + basic graphic editing)
  • Skills in
    photography and videography
  • Understanding of
    basic marketing strategies & audience engagement
  • Creativity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to experiment
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take initiative
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Location

Hyderabad (Offline role at office).
