CTC: Negotiable

Location:  Rourkela/ Odisha ( Bolani / Sundargarh / Barsua)

FTC - 2 Years contract role on payroll of Company (extendable)

  • Key Deliverables:

    Initiate and build up service delivery for designated client.

    Team building and management.

    Client relationship management

    Incumbent will be responsible for
  • Procurement as per SLA
  • Coordination with client for smooth operation.
  • Reduction of  PR to PO Cycle time.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of material.
  • Maintaining MIS reports.

Desirable Candidate should have:

Knowledge of preparing RFQs for different services/contract/repairing/ AMC procurement and handling them independently.

Knowledge of procurement in Proprietary / Limited/ Global tendering mode.

Knowledge of different statutory clauses/circulars and their applicability.

Experience of organising pre-bide meeting , if required.

Working relationship with operational levels of suppliers and handling supplier clarification needs.

Knowledge of preparing comparative statements.

Knowledge of the process of negotiation and ability to negotiate.

Knowledge of SAP & SRM
