Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Job Summary:
The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth front-office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception & Visitor Management
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Inform relevant staff members of visitor arrivals.
2. Call Handling
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
- Manage the company's main telephone line and handle inquiries.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication.
3. Front Desk Operations
- Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization.
- Manage courier services, incoming and outgoing mail/documents.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
4. Support to HR/Admin
- Assist with employee attendance coordination if required.
- Support HR/admin in day-to-day tasks such as documentation, record keeping, and event coordination.
- Manage ID card issuance, access cards, and related records (if applicable).
5. Customer Service
- Provide accurate information to visitors, clients, and employees.
- Address basic queries regarding the company, following escalation protocols when needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Administration, Hospitality, or related fields).
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
