Whether youve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology, or youre looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.What this job involves: Responsibilities:Assist in the project and contract set up for high volume business Aide in the proper set up of contracts and projects to ensure appropriate revenue recognition for contracts Engage with local markets teams to ensure updates or changes to contracts are timely and accurately reflected Engage with Corporate controllership to ensure appropriate approval of contracts occurs and proper revenue recognition is achieved Ensure timely & accurate month end/year end closing Assist stakeholders with Daily/weekly/monthly reporting Handle mailbox for request and query management Ensure service delivery as agreed KPIs Update SOPs to capture the exceptions while processing as and when required Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Team player and yet able to work independently Provide assistance and support during internal/external audits Perform other duties assigned as and when required i.e. process improvement initiatives, system implementation, and ad-hoc projects Sounds like you?
