Job Tittle : Lead - Software Engineering

The Purpose of This Role
 

As the Senior Quality Engineer, you blend deep Fidelity Health and Quality Engineering knowledge who's highly motivated Individual contributor with 6 to 9 years of experience in IT Industry and who is capable to develop test automation and is hand on with Software Development Life Cycle process

The successful candidate must possess excellent programming and testing skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must have an instinct to take initiative, be a team player, and be versatile in their abilities.

The candidate will be helping in achieving the automation goal for organization and making sure that good quality product is delivered to customers by performing functional and automation testing. The candidate will work closely with QE team, Partners, Business analysts & Development teams to Develop, Automate and validate software with high quality.

The Skills that are key to this Role and Expertise we are looking for

  • Experience in Agile development methodology and Jira tool

  • Experience in testing distributed applications at multiple layers of the technology stack

  • Hand-on experience in Test Management lifecycle

  • Strong experience in Test automation design, development and execution using various tools eg. Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, TestNG, RestAssured.

  • Strong proven experience in programming - Javascript/Typescript. SQL is a required skill. Knowledge of core Java is required.

  • Strong knowledge of continuous integration and deployment – GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, SonarQube, etc.

  • Demonstrated experience with Azure/AWS cloud technologies, DevOps, CI/CD experience.

  • It's preferred that the candidate has knowledge of US Health Benefits Administration

  • The candidate should have experience in designing test strategy, test automation suites independently for a new product/application.
