MERN Stack Developer (Angular Experience Required)

About the Role:

We're looking for a self-motivated, product-focused developer who thrives on delivering impact quickly. You will be a foundational member of the team, working directly on developing our new startup application. This is a high-impact role where you'll work on features that directly drive product growth, moving from concept to deployment with speed and quality. This isn't just about writing code—it's about understanding problems deeply and crafting solutions that matter for a new product.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and ship full-stack features using MongoDB, , React, and

  • Develop Angular applications when projects require it, maintaining consistency across our tech stack

  • Take ownership of product features from ideation through deployment

  • Move fast without breaking things—balance speed with maintainability

  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience and drive product metrics

  • Collaborate directly with product and design teams to solve real user problems

  • Write clean, scalable code that other developers can work with confidently

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack development

  • Strong proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, )

  • Solid working knowledge of Angular

  • A problem-solving mindset—you care about the "why" behind what you build

  • Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding to deliver results

  • Product-oriented thinking—you understand how your code impacts business outcomes

  • Ability to ship quality work quickly and iterate based on feedback

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift

Technical Skills:

  • JavaScript/TypeScript

  • and Angular frameworks

  • MongoDB and database design

  • RESTful API development

  • Version control with Git

  • Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

  • Previous experience in startups or growth-stage companies
