Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive - Fertilizers, based in Maharashtra, India. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving sales efforts, identifying potential markets, developing market strategies, and conducting market research to analyze industry trends. The role also involves developing and maintaining strong communication with clients to build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and anticipate challenges
- Proven skills in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and meet revenue targets
- Good Communication skills to interact with clients, partners, and internal teams effectively
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies tailored to the fertilizer market
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agronomy, or a related field
- Experience in the fertilizers or agricultural industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications is desirable
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work in a dynamic environment
- Languages to be spoken: Marathi, English, and Hindi.
