What You'll Do

• Ability to design, structure, and maintain data effectively and securely
• Design and manage relational databases to support enterprise applications and physical data modeling according to project requirements
• Integrate disparate applications across the firm into unified data platform design
• Engage in identifying architectural weaknesses or data integrity problems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Advocate enterprise architecture principles and articulate values propositions to departmental data owners and stewards
• Participate and provide data strategy expertise to technology projects and initiatives
• Assess Data management and functional capabilities for potential vendor solutions
• Partner with business functions and leaders to prioritize business information needs
• Integrate and implement AI and machine learning models to enhance data analytics and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate AI solutions into the data architecture.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, Information Technology, or other related Discipline
• 6+ years of experience in IT Technical Analysis, implementation of Data Warehousing, Data Mart, relational Databases, and Business Intelligence initiatives
• Experience in implementing and administering relational databases and data warehouse solutions
• Expertise with ETL processes, data APIs, and data structuring
• Hands-on experience with writing SQL and building complex queries
• Experience with AWS cloud services (Aurora, S3, EC2, Redshift)
• Understand principles of data design, data modeling, and data architecture
• Deep experience in logical, physical, and semantic data modeling
• Extensive technical knowledge, analytical skills, and creative thinking for problem-solving
• Proficiency in AI and machine learning frameworks is important.
• Experience in integrating and deploying AI models in a production environment.
• Understanding of AI algorithms and their applications in data analytics.
• Motivated team player with excellent distance interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within geographically dispersed teams
• Ability to self-learn, develop and apply business and technical knowledge quickly
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Experience in data governance and data quality a plus
• Experience working with Finance business units a plus
