We are seeking proactive and enthusiastic HRBP Interns to support the HR Business Partnering function. This internship offers hands-on exposure to employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and people-related processes, providing a foundation for a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist HRBPs in day-to-day employee relations activities.

  • Support in conducting employee engagement initiatives and feedback sessions.

  • Help in managing HR operations such as onboarding, confirmations, and exits.

  • Work on attendance, leave, and attrition data management and reporting.

  • Partner with HRBPs to analyze HR metrics and recommend insights.

  • Participate in performance management cycle activities (goal setting, mid-year reviews, appraisals).

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor law requirements.

  • Provide support in grievance handling and employee connects.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Passionate about building a career in Human Resources.

Qualifications

  • Graduation (mandatory) - in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Previous internship or academic exposure to HR concepts is an added advantage.
